Computer-Aided Design System for CP Single-Screw Compressor

摘要:

To design various optimum parameters and simulate the working process of CP single-screw compressor, the Computer-Aided Design (CAD) system for the CP single-screw compressor has been established. A new method based on computer graphics technology, database technology, object-oriented programming technology, and visual simulation technology has been adopted in this CAD system. The system has integrated solid modeling function with parameterization design function and animator simulation function based on analyzing the working principle of the CP single-screw compressor. The experimental results show that the CAD system for the CP single-screw compressor is practical and feasible.

The prediction technology study of fatigue life for key parts of a tracked vehicle’s suspension system

摘要: In allusion to fatigue life of a tracked vehicle torsion bar, a virtual prototype model of the tracked vehicle suspension system including a flexible torsion bar was built based on dynamic simulation software ADAMS. Node force and stress results of the torsion bar from last step simulation were acquired; taking into account the material characteristics and influential factors, fatigue life of the flexible body of the torsion bar was predicted. Engineering results can be acquired through the contrast of the result of virtual test and statistical fatigue.

Temperature field simulation of laser homogenizing equipment

摘要: The laser homogenizing equipment was devised using the ring scanning principle. Its working principle is explained. A laser scanning ring facula is obtained when the laser beam goes through the equipment’s optical system rotating with high-frequency. The scanning ring facula’s mathematic model is established based on the temperature field’s superposing principle. The ring facula’s light intensity distribution and temperature distribution characteristics are achieved by simulating its temperature field. By studying the effect of parameters on the temperature field, the best parameter can be found. Results show that favorable temperature distribution characteristics can be attained by choosing appropriate parameters, and even the thermal effect can be realized by utilizing the circumference power compensating for the heat exchange lost in the horizontal direction. The uniform hardness layer and better process quality can be attained using the ring facula optimized for metal laser heat treatment.

Bandwidth-limited active suspension controller for an off-road vehicle based on co-simulation technology

摘要: This paper presents the design process of a controller for bandwidth-limited active hydro-pneumatic suspension employed by an off-road vehicle based on co-simulation technology. First, a detailed multi-body dynamic model of the vehicle is established by using the ADAMS/View software package, which is followed by validation using a vehicle field test. Second, a combined PID and fuzzy controller is designed for the bandwidth-limited active suspension system and then programmed by means of S-functions in Matlab/Simulink, to which a data exchange interface with ADAMS/View is also defined. Third, the proposed control algorithm is implemented on the multi-body dynamic vehicle model to enable the co-simulation to run repeatedly until a more practical controller is achieved. In the end, the proposed active suspension system is compared with a conventional passive system. Simulation results show that the proposed active suspension system considerably improves both the ride and handling performance of the vehicle and therefore increases the maximum traveling speeds even on rough roads.

环境模拟技术——一门新的综合性工程技术

环境模拟技术是一门新的边缘技术,主要研究各种自然环境的人工再现技术和在模拟环境下产品的试验技术;环境模拟设备及环境试验技术经历了由单参数模拟到多参数模拟、从静态模拟到动态模拟、从产品环境试验到人机系统环境试验的发展道路;当前发展方向是建立整机的多参数综合动态环境模拟设备和进行多参数综合动态试验及人机系统环境试验;在环模设备中再现各种环境条件,进行产品的环境可靠性试验,从而可更快地发现问题并找出原因,这对于新产品的开发和成品的质量检验具有重要的意义。

风能资源开发利用的气象技术应用和发展

基于要实现科学高效地开发利用风能资源,促进我国从风能大国向风能强国发展,针对风能资源开发利用过程中的气象技术应用,依据过去大量的项目实践、数据分析和相关测试试验结果,归纳总结了气象技术在我国风能资源开发利用各环节的应用现状、存在问题及其对项目效益可能产生的影响;在分析大气科学的相关原理和风电产业发展对气象技术应用的特殊需求基础上,提出了风能资源测量、分析评估、数值模拟和数值预报技术应用时应注意的几个关键技术问题及其发展方向。

现代混凝土结构环境模拟试验室技术

摘要:

为了在试验室人工模拟环境下进行混凝土早期特性、裂缝控制及耐久性的试验,需对混凝土结构环境模拟试验室技术进行研究。分析了环境模拟技术在诸多领域的成功应用,认为建设混凝土环境试验室是可行的。通过研究混凝土结构的环境模拟、试验设计、耦合环境的实现以及特种设备仪器的应用等关键技术,提出大型多功能自动控制混凝土环境试验室的建设方案,合理确定试验室的布局、功能、技术性能指标,并探讨了人工气候环境试验室设备、仪器的优化配置,为下一步混凝土耐久性、裂缝控制的环境试验研究奠定了基础。

Numerical simulation of micro scale flowing and boiling

摘要: Numerical simulations of flowing and boiling in micro channels are presented, including the modeling of bubble dynamics of nucleate boiling, and a description of the interface of two phases with the volume-of-fluid (VOF). The two calculated cases are compared with related experimental data in literature. Some simulated results are found corresponding well to the experimental data. The simulated results also show the details of 3-dimensional heat transfer and the flow in micro channels, which are helpful to the investigation of the mechanism of two-phase heat transfer and flow in micro channels.

CFD simulation on membrane distillation of NaCl solution

摘要: A computational fluid dynamics (CFD) simulation that coupled an established heat and mass transfer model was carried out for the air-gap membrane distillation (AGMD) of NaCl solution to predict mass and heat behaviors of the process. The effects of temperature and flowrate on fluxes were first simulated and compared with available experimental data to verify the approach. The profiles of temperature, temperature polarization factor, and mass flux adjacent to the tubular carbon membrane surface were then examined under different feed Reynolds number in the computational domain. Results show that the temperature polarization phenomena can be reduced, and mass flux can be enhanced with increase in the feed Reynolds number.

Numerical simulation of multi-body floating piers to investigate pontoon stability

摘要: The objective of this study is to develop a procedure to analyze the motions of a floating pier comprised of several pontoons that are modeled as rigid bodies and connected to each other by flexible and rigid connectors. Recently, the use offloating piers has increased because of their advantages, such as faster and higher-quality construction, seismic force isolation for a full-scale mooring system, low dependence on local soil conditions and tides, ability to relocate or reconfigure the pier modules during the operation period and 75-100 years of repair-free service. A floating pier consists of a pier, access bridge, mooring system and fender system, each of which comes in many variations to suit different usages and construction considerations. The typical loads used in the design of these piers are dead loads, live loads, mooring loads, fender loads and environmental loads induced by wind, currents and waves. For numerical simulation, three types of piers are used: passenger piers, light-cargo piers and semi-heavy-cargo piers. The selected piers consist of several large pontoons joined by pivots and have a pile-based mooring system. These piers are modeled by SAP2000software as two-dimensional frames that are linked together. As the first step, each type of pier is subjected to loading, and its general behavior is assessed. According to this behavior, the major load combinations are described for the design of piers and analyzed to determine the behavior of the modules. Lastly, according to the analysis results and the safe use and stability considerations, such as the maximum draft and longitudinal gradient, the dimensions of each module in each pier type are presented.

厦门翔安海底隧道F1风化深槽注浆加固技术

摘要:

以厦门翔安海底隧道涌水量最大、施工难度最大的海域段F1风化槽为研究对象,根据其围岩地质条件和突涌水特点,采用全断面注浆加固和堵水,注浆加固范围为掌子面内及隧道开挖轮廓线外5 m,隧道纵向加固长度为70 m,注浆材料以超细水泥单液浆为主的注浆加固方案。施工期现场监控量测与数值计算结果表明:F1风化深槽围岩注浆加固效果均较为理想,未发生涌水突泥,达到了设计的技术要求。该项研究成果为今后开展类似工程的注浆加固提供了技术借鉴。
